'A greedy attempt to document Asian food and identity' What started as a physical way to document recipes has since become a sought-after indie food zine. This is now the fifth issue of the incredibly sweet, very readable Fatboy Zine. For this issue, the team travelled all the way from London to Taiwan to explore 'authorship and Taiwanese identity' through the medium of food. In creator Chris O'Leary's words: 'Openness and ingenuity guide Taiwanese expression right now. We move past the need for labels and definitions to talk about good food, art and creativity.'
