This, their sophomore issue, is thicker and more balshy in its printed-publication status.  That and, though this magazine's pages are small in stature, editorial team Sandra, Junshen, and Yannic use them fully to explore food as it fits into larger cultural and societal issues—though lush photography and illustration abound, this is not a recipe or cookery magazine.  Instead, this (not quite brat-) green edition is centered around 'Food Fads': 'Whether we like it or not, food fads tell us a lot about who we are as people, about our cultures and societies, how we see others and what it is we want for ourselves, and how we project those dreams onto our lives...'  famousformydinnerparties.com
