A magazine concerning the politics of space and bodies, which along with its podcast and blog, is building an archive for anti-colonial, anti-racist, queer, and feminist struggles. Now published in English, French, and Spanish (we have the English version). The Funambulist team note that this issue, themed Return, was intended to be published long after a ceasefire in Gaza as a way of reigniting global solidarity for the Palestinian struggle. ‘In the end,’ they write, ‘the genocidal siege on Gaza and its echoes in the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria have lasted much longer than any of us could have imagined and this issue was produced in a context of duress and despair for many of its contributors.’ Inside, twenty Palestinians present their visions of liberation through essays, poetry, fiction and artwork—some hopeful, many sobering.  On the Journal:At work with Léopold Lambert… ‘Two thirds of our incomes come from subscriptions (annual or monthly, digital only or print and digital), which is really the key point of our ‘business model’ (always a word that sounds odd in the context of an anti-capitalist publication…).’READ MORE thefunambulist.net
