London-based literary title New Papers is back with a weightier fourth issue. Unassuming in its form and provocative in content, it features a trifold wraparound that functions as both graphic masthead (front panel) and editor’s note (front & back panel). Combining fiction and poetry, issue four contains eight new pieces of prose and poetry, linked together in a complex game of linguistics in the editor’s note.
