Family Style describes itself as ‘a fantasy dinner party in the form of an arts and culture journal.’ While the name is borrowed most obviously from the style of shared eating, it is also inspired by the congregation of a shared discourse. Guest editor and chef Gregory Gourdet divides this first edition into three sections – Aperitivo, Dinner Service, and Something Sweet – and focuses on creativity, community, and cuisine. The inaugural issue starts from the beginning for all families: the home.
