‘The International Review of Graphic Design’ A magazine about design that always looks as good as, and sometimes even better than, the work it covers, this issue of Eye has a particularly striking front cover spanning eighty years of graphics. It combines a contempoary AI image from editor John L Walter’s overview of the technology, with one of British design hero Margaret Calvert’s roadsign designs. Calvert is the subject of the issue’s lengthy and well-deserved Reputations profile.
