‘Rewriting Women's Place in Fashion and Art’ Hailing from Paris with roots in New York, Domina, meaning ‘she who rules,’ is a new fashion and art title which aims to spotlight and build a community of female-identifying creatives. Envisioned as a ‘feminist manifesto,’ and created by a women-led team, the journal is compiled of art, essays, poems, fashion photography and interviews. Featuring a bold red plastic sleeve with an open-bound cover, the first issue of Domina is themed ‘powers’. Encompassing dichotomies of natural and supernatural; strength and softness; virgin and whore, the issue is as all-encompassing as the women featured within. Inside: riot with the queer punk band Ruiinosa y las Strippers de Rahola, learn about the empowering designer behind fashion label Renaissance Renaissance, and be inspired by Quannah ChasingHorse, Domina's cover star and the model taking the fashion world by storm, plus more. dominajournal.com
