Initially born out of images and materials found during his time at Arena Homme+ and Pop, art director Patrick Waugh's BOYO is a petit, handmade fanzine using collage to celebrate a single person or obsession for each of its issues—previous editions have focussed on photographer Alasdair McLellan, gay porn star Francois Legat and the ‘American Crush’ trio of JFK Jr, Ed Ruscha and Bruce Weber. This ninth issue, with its blue spiral and bubbly gems, reflects on Patrick's lifelong connection with water, beautifully collaged with the modelling movements of Australian dancer Rhys Kosakowski.
