BILL is an annual magazine of photographic stories, particularly of the fashion variety, edited and designed by Julie Peeters (the same people behind EYES). In order to prioritise visual reading without distraction, there is no accompanying text to the images. The third edition is a special archival issue of the magazine, featuring stories sourced from RareBooksParis' collection and editor in chief Julie Peeters herself.
