Founded in, or ‘consistently dressed to impress’ since 1949, the almost-monthly ArtReview focuses on expanding contemporary art’s audience and reach. Within its pages, art is observed, featured and reviewed. This September 2025 issue of ArtReview is dedicated to the impermanence of truths, drawing on their ongoing series ‘Eternal Returns’, where old definitions of art get reexamined through a contemporary lens. On the cover: filmmaker Naeem Mohaiemen, whose work explores the shockwaves political events leave in society. Other artists featured inside this issue include Chilean photographer Paz Errázuriz, conceptual artist Stephen Prina, plus Colombian-American artist Gala Porras-Kim, creator of meticulous museum displays. Alongside this issue: ‘ArtReview Korea 2025’—a special supplement celebrating contemporary Korean art. artreview.com
